(Ryan Construction evolved into a development company therefore we changed the name to incorporate home building and development.) Q: How many subdivisions have you developed over the years? A: Ryan Homes and Development has developed several central Illinois subdivisions including:       Woods Farm       Scarborough Place       South Woods Subdivision       Tara Hill       Salem Estates       Salem Estates West       Centennial Park Place (in association with other developers)       Buckley Ridge Q: Approximately how many homes do you build each year? A: We build approximately 6-10 homes per year. Some customers bring their own plans to us, some we modify from homes we have already built. Q: What is the average size of home you build? A: Homes we build range from 1,700 sq.ft – 13,000 sq.ft     Our average is 3,000 sq.ft Q: How long does it take you to build an average sized home? A: It takes about 5 months to build a 3,000 sq. ft home. We can customize any home we have built, which will vary the length of time to build. Q: How would you describe your architectural style? A: Your style is our style. We work with the individuals who bring their own plan or they can use one of our plans.
